Well, about 3 days ago my left shoulder decided it wanted to lock up on me. On Friday the pain was getting intolerable and I went to the doctor. They were not sure what was causing the pain but said it was possibly Frozen Shoulder. They gave me a Cortisone shot and sent me on my way. OMG, the pain I experienced the rest of the night was inhumane! I would have rather gave birth to all my kids I. The same hour then experience that pain! Thank the lord my husband was there to help. Today I am feeling a little better and have some mobility. I want to get back to my schedule and doing my yoga. I actually miss my morning work out.
