OK so off to a really bad start today... Pizza and more pizza then I ate a Rubin (without the meat, I'm a vegetarian). So many carbs I don't want to know plus I failed my no bread challenge. Try again tomorrow.

so no beating yourself up <3 stop <3 in the name of Love <3 well all trying to figure this out ,,, ups and downs ,, I got got back on the wagon about 3-4 days ago after at least a year of doing more good then not then cowpowie eat more during the holidays gained about 6 lbs then stressed started piling on and so need the lbs had gotten down to 209 wow that was great for me then ,,,,, Im back up too 224 ? about that ,, talking about bad and wanting to beat myself up if there was such a thing literally.. any who when I say I'm back on the wagon ,, i'm logging food in (( the the amount I'm suppose to eat my RDI ) way over ,, & journaling ,, and I watch youtub on weight lose Ideas did the low carb for over a year I love doing that it gears me in thinking better ,, any who <3 sweet dreams <3 dont forget to hug yourself <3 for even trying <3

Pizza is one of my favorite foods. Whenever I ask my kids what they want for dinner, "PIZZA!" is their answer, one of the few things those two can agree on. Besides being delicious, they bring it right to our door with so little effort on my part. I will not deny myself pizza completely, but I it is an effort to eat it much less frequently. Don't be too hard on yourself. Hang in there!

Yeah, I'm not going to beat myself up about it... Thanks so much guys for the support it feels good. Oh and my coworkers and I are starting our own challenged Monday, we are placing $10 a week in a tip jar for 2 months and starting on Monday we are all doing our planned "diets" and whoever has lost the most at the end takes the jar! Lol 3 of us so far have signed up. It kinda brought re-encouragement to start fresh in the am 😇
