Taking back my life again after slipping the last year. It seems so silly to have done so well but then messed up so badly again, almost back to square one. Anyway, six months of discipline and I am back to where I was.

Its amazing how weight affects our lives. I am sleeping badly, constantly tired and have low energy. I have doing loads of freelance work at the moment, so I need to be on top of my game.

The last two mornings I have got up at 4.45am to cylce on my exercise bike. Nothing hectic, goign to ease into it.

Six months, that's all it will take.
