Diario de alanpfd, 17 jun. 11

Just got word that my Slim-Fast shakes are on the way, only 10 days behind schedule. It's a big relief to know I won't have to improvise.

Now if I can only get the weight to start falling off. I'm eating right, I'm exercising and I'm still averaging only a pound a week over the past four weeks. It gets frustrating when you don't see the result of your hard work on the scale. On the other hand, I can definitely feel the weight loss on my body. I have dropped from 48-inch waist pants to 44-inch, and I was able to squeeze into a pair of 42-inch pants that I couldn't come close to buttoning a month ago. So, I'm making progress, but it would just be a big boost to see it reflected on the scale when I weigh in next Wednesday.

I'm off to prepare crockpot chicken chili in my brand-new crockpot. Never cooked in a crockpot before. If it works, I'll have ten meals set for freezing, all in one go.
