My scale plays tricks sometimes. I usually lose about 2lbs from before bed to upon waking and voiding. Today, I magically gained 0.1lbs. Never trust a scale! lol

My scale 'lies' enough, too! In July I started doing once a week sanity check-in, oops, I mean Weekly Weigh-In 😆 I just picked a few things to track and do the averages for the week (Mon-Sun) the next Monday. It really takes the crazy bouncy, test my patience and sanity right out of it! On mine I also add notes so when I look back, I can see what went good or not so good. (It also helps keep my head from spinning over details because they're right in my journals every monday. And if you decide to do this, it's just a simple template copy/paste and make it your own 😊 If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Haha, I have been doing daily weigh-ins and average them for the week. The average seems accurate. The past 2 weeks I started adding nightly checks as well just to see what happens. The 2lbs is from my water intake ending before bed and then I'm "empty" in the morning. Yesterday I got busy and was only at about 60% of my water intake. So, that explains no loss from PM to AM. But I laughed when it was an increase.
