Took tonight off as my partner was back from protesting in Vancouver at a nurses rally, so proud of her. Still managed after a rigorous day at work to drop about 1/2 pound through restricted calorie intake. Hitting the gym full force tonight and in the coming days to prepare for canadian thanksgiving. The 330s hopefully here I come.
