I noticed that your food journal has been less than regular. Are you sure your calories are in line with your activity level? For me I have found that when I don't record it every day it creeps out of whack pretty quickly. It is the little adders that tend to get me when I don't record - I make a yogurt thing for breakfast and add a little extra honey or oatmeal with craisins (I love them but always forget how calorie dense they are).
The walking has got to help.
I will say again - you can do it. You have done it and you were doing it as recently as December.
