31. went up a bit...I will cut down the Atkins treats...yes, real food matters :-( I really need to be losing alb every 3 days or so, for a 10 lb every 30 days

Aurora: I have the same finding about the treats - they don't really help my journey as much as I would like. Worse, they don't keep me satiated. I am lured to it because of my sweet tooth and in the circumstances that I have to choose the "real" sugary treat versus Atkins, I guess Atkins is the better choice of the two - but I have to make sure it does not become a habit. My best defence is to make my own treats - I just have to make time for that!

Aurora: I make coconut bark - shredded coconut/coconut oil/sweetener, fat bombs - butter/crunchy almond butter/coconut oil/shredded coconut/sweetener, dark choc almond bark - dark chocolate/toasted almond/sweetner/, low carb cream cheese fat bombs, etc. My treats are usually high fat and low carb!
