Kind of overdid it yesterday, I guess. On Mondays I have a university gig in the morning, my own classes in the afternoon and I go to the laundromat at night after dinner. So usually I skip the gym on Mondays. But this week the gym is closed on Tuesday, so rather than going two days without a workout, I sped home from university and went to the gym before my afternoon classes. That meant my day ended up starting at 8:30 in the morning and finishing at 1:00 a.m., with only an hour break for lunch and an hour break for dinner. I survived the day, but today I have had no energy whatsoever. I think I moved so little before going to work this afternoon that I actually created calories instead of burning them.
