Diario de cachingpixie, 27 oct. 22

It's been almost year since finding out my sister has stage 4 colon cancer and have high blood pressure, 7 months since finding out in officially going through menopause, and the last 24 months of the worst work stress in my career. All of this has manifested into me gaining roughly 18 pound inspite of continued weekly workout, eating the healthist I have ever ate and the support of my awesome husband. I know I can't give up but I sure just want to say screw it and let go. Thankfully I'm too stubborn to let myself give up, but I sure would love to see the scale go down.

please don’t give up. Speaking from experience: If you continue to slowly gain weight (it creeps on when you’re not looking and/or busy dealing with life) you will only be more miserable and heavier down the road. I had to ditch the stressful job to regain control of my life. Wishing you all the best.
