Good for you!!! It is all or nothing thinking that will get to us. I am glad you got a pay off - we all need reinforcements.
In response to your comment on my journal - the thyroid PA Mary Wuebben gave me some handouts of foods and supplements that your should and should not have. I was shocked to see that a lot of the foods I eat all the time were on my 1 cooked serving per day list. I also got a new vitamin and mineral supplement that contains most of the vitamins and minerals I need. I got my new meds this afternoon and I am so excited about maybe feeling good again. Just making the dietary changes has helped and my weight is coming down finally after months of struggling. I think what I was eating was interfering with my thyroid function. You should get tested!! I recommend Mary.
