Been ranging 1800-2000 calories daily. The Halloween candy and potlucks are not around me as much. I have a more firm "no" or "no thanks" to over-eating this last week. I haven't done any dedicated walking with Pokemon Go though, but there is a community day coming up, will do lots of walking then.
