Thanks so much, it has been a post partum journey that started around the end of 2020, the first year I lost about 17kg with just intermittent fasting and no exercise (usually 16-20 hrs), but this year I had major hormonal imbalances with pcos and endometriosis…so for about 6-8 months I was on 3 different contraceptive pills which was a disaster in terms of associated symptoms and I was stuck between 62kg - 65kg for almost 8 months I think. My cycle only adjusted around September, I’ve been trying to focus on high protein, moderate carb, low fat and gluten and dairy free when possible. Macros that I found have worked best for the weight loss is 45P|30C|25F. I’ve also increased my water intake to 2.5 litres daily for the last 2-3 months which helped with the other 10kg loss. My next goal is to try and incorporate daily cardio and weight training but on most days I just don’t have the energy lol
