I'm not doing good in calories today. I actually haven't eaten much at all and it's not on purpose. I've just been too busy. I don't want to grab junk. Not eating will not help me lose weight, it will put my body in starvation mode. Hubby is cooking me some Salmon right now. I had gone up to my sister's to move a few things from her home to mine. Then I decided to do my living room floor (sweep, polish) and dust my living room. Hope everyone is enjoying your day!

Thank you. I had flounder last night (was supposed to have Salmon, but he grabbed the wrong pack) and I'm having Salmon tonight. Good thing--I'm at work and should be on track again today. I gained from the pizza. It showed up today.
