Well it’s been 3 weeks after my 90 Day Challenge with Pro physique last week I got listed in the top 10 and yesterday I was officially come 1st in the men’s .
Super shocked super excited I always have the mentality of however hard you work there is always someone outworking you and this will push you further to uncomfortable zones whether it is physically mentally emotionally.
On top of that your nutrition is key and in-line with what you want to achieve.
Now let’s go!!!

Thank you I really enjoyed it the sweat in the gym and meal prepping it’s like whatever happens you know you’re your only competition.
