Diario de loosinisfun, 22 jul. 09

goooooooood mornin...woke up to 63 this morning an dark skys...its rainin...lol..so no walky outside today...so gonna go walkin inside when the building opens...was really busy yesterday..started out with a morning walk...an over 10,600 steps..then went to store and got this next weeks grub...soon as i got back home...then cut grass an weedeated that...was done with that close to noon..then...lol...went to wally world...and spent an hour there...then came home put that away and called it a day ... soon as i set down was just to tired to do much of anything else...but ended up with over 15,000 steps for the day...been tryin to improve on my steps each day...so todays plan is to do my 96 min walk inside an then...not sure whats in my plans..hate to walk inside, but its a slow drizzle here right now...so might not have a choice...well just got done with breakfast and so need to get up an movin once again...have a greatttttttttt one...
