brandy, that's what I have been doing also except I do drink BPC in the AM. Can you tell me your schedule, what you're eating, and anything else you are doing? Don't want to be nosy but haven't found too many other people doing this.... I am also LCHF Good Luck!

Yeah its borderline starvation, this challenge seems a little scary but I'm not counting Atkins shacks as meals or snacks so we will see what happens! My body doesn't tolerate to much foolishness nowadays so I'm sure in a week it'll be fail or succeed, thank you guys for the support

Oh that picture was right before I gained all this weight, I was happier and healthy and that is my goal now! 😊
