I have gained a kilogram but i know for a fact this is entirely muscle build up since i have been doing a daily 15-1hr minute abdominal training which has succeed in reducing my waistline by 2cm [etc...], which is not much but i consider to be BETTER and should be all round improving me health-wise too! so in conclusion I'm not really upset by the weight gain but i can't show much evidence for my improvement :(
75 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Ganando 0,5 kg a la Semana
