Hopefully I can get back on track to start losing again. Lost a lot of motivation after Thanksgiving. Work got busy, kids were stressed out last week, and there’s a lot going on in life.
69,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 3,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

It is a stressful time of year. I just try to roll with it and not stress over my diet and weight. I always host Christmas Eve which is my family's big de. I'm just grateful for another year together celebrating with family and friends. Giving myself permission to enjoy food and drinks actually keeps me from losing all control. Remember, stress is the enemy. You got this!
