Diario de BuffyBear, 30 jun. 11

I am approaching a mini-goal. Two years ago I weighed 168 but then gained back 18 pounds. If I can lose 2 more pounds I will have lost that 18 pounds! Needless to say, I am very excited.

The 4th of July Picnic will be at my house this year - which means that I will have a little more control over the food situation. I'll just pig out on salad, raw veggies, deviled eggs and whatever meat is on the grill.

Now I am off to catch up on all your journals!
