Diario de Jade_1234, 14 abr. 15

I was in Niagara Falls on the weekend and while I ate in restaurants I made good choices and no snacks. I even walked over 10,000 steps each day; but I still gained 1 1/2 pounds. :(

It just doesn't make sense that the harder we try....but I bet with a bit more water intake that 1.5 will disappear and you might even see a little more loss.

I'm hoping so. I was down about it last night and ate potatoe chips (HUGE weakness) but today has been all healthy choices and lots of water.
