So this was a surprise today on the scale. I am now below my initial threshold to start a bit more intense training regiment ( rather then just jogging ).
I am looking forward to building some muscles at the same time i want to stay in a caloric deficit.
My ad-hoc plan is to start with Chest& Back followed by the treaded A.R.X.
I also want to take it easy the first month or so. Which means giving 70%-80% instead of going full out crazy.
Those days are over for me ( 😂 )
Oh and i am not yet committing to full 90 days. I have to remember that 55 is not 25, and mother nature is working it's thing on my body.
