When life gets in the way...pick yourself back up! Fell off the band wagon. Refocusing on what i want to achieve...I want a toner body...My eating is very well...its that motivation to equip excercise again...Why is it so hard to start it again...I mean i know what i can achieve...Know how great it feels. Just need to knock the sh!t off and just do it. I THINK I CAN, I THINK I CAN :)
So he is a new start to incorporating excercise back in: 1. 6x a week 2. 30 mins per day - mixing it up w/ yoga,cardio,strength 3. Treadmill - 30 mins per day
