Funny thing happened at the gym today. I always weigh myself and check blood pressure when I go to the gym. I don't record it or pay too much attention. I prefer to keep my official weigh-in to once a week. Anyway I stepped on the scale and saw it was up 500 grams. I was expecting something like that -- I had overindulged in nuts the last two nights. On Wednesday, I made the mistake of carrying the jar of almonds into the living room with me. That's always a sure-fire disaster. On Thursday, I just kept picking up a few macadamia nuts every time I went to the kitchen. So I was expecting to be up. To tell the truth, I was expecting to be up more than just a pound. So anyway, I went into the shower room and as I was sitting in the sauna, it struck me that I didn't remember seeing the 1 in 101.5 Kg. So after I finished in the shower room, I went back and weighed myself again. 100.5 Kg -- down nearly a pound and a half. Sometimes, you just never know.
