I’m looking for advice from people on a few things in my weight loss journey… I gain and lose weight very fast, depending on my relative activity level. My weight is steadily going up even with starting a gym membership due to eating so much food! I am tall, around 6’5. I have decided to start counting my calories to limit my weight gain. I still plan to go to the gym 3 times a week and do lifting for arms and legs. I’m looking for protein rich meal ideas in order to lose the belly fat while not lose any muscle in my arms and legs. I was never extremely fit, but in my senior year of high school I was at the perfectly ideal and healthy weight for someone of my height which is 185. I am trying to get back to that weight within a few months. If anyone has any meal planning ideas I can make throughout the following weeks I would be happy to hear them! Thank you!
