I know that what I am about to write has nothing to do with weight loss; however, I am excited that today my hair stylist is going to hook my hair up with beautiful curls! I may even hit the Mac store at the mall to celebrate being beautiful! LOL :D

The relevance is to love myself from where I am. Although I am not at my goal yet, I am still one hot babe! LOL (I hope that made someone smile today)

Here’s to loving ourselves enough to change; however, never to abuse the beauty that God has created in each one of us with negative thinking (Stinking Thinking)!

We are absolutely BEAUTIFUL and UNIQUE creatures. The envy of all other species!

Wait a minute when you mentioned the MAC store I thought you meant like iMac, iPod, iPhone you know the Apple store not some makeup/girl stuff lol. Oh the last guy actually the last president gave out $600 stimilus checks and if there was anything like that in the pipeline coming down the Governator might try to intercept those checks lol. Maybe they'll lift the ban on enrollment then lol.

LOL Splendid! I agree with Shia you are such a boy! When I said MAC the thought of electronics did not cross my mind! ha-ha all girl here! Which is not a bad thing...As far as the stimulus package goes for California yep, I would agree that there may be and interception as we are in deep manure. LOL

Your journal hit home with me. Many times I have a hard time loving myself. I get mad at myself if I go off track on my diet or really sad when I go clothes shopping and can't seem to find anything to fit my body. I am going to try to remember your words and somehow make it work for me. Thanks! :)

Aw...MBhpro! You are such a sincere person! It has to start from the inside out...I want to share something with you about myself. I am my worst enemy! I can tell myself something about myself and make it a reality. Because we are a powerful people (the human being that is), that we forget that our words and thoughts provoke a reaction. Don't allow stinkin thinkin cloud your mind...Look in the mirror everyday and say I am beautiful because I am a masterpiece! Despite my imperfections; there is no one like me! No one who has the same finger prints as I do! There is no one who can take my place...I am wonderful and unique...I AM BEAUTIFUL!!! Mauh...
