No cardio this weekend, but weight still coming off due to sub 3k calorie daily adherence. 75 crunches/40 leg lifts/50 sec plank for anyone that wants to join me today. My diet will officially end on May 27, but I may continue it to further flatten my stomach. I'm not craving fast food any longer after 2 weeks of eating this way. My wife is starting to take notice, and is feeling a little guilty that she's not working out regularly. I love her, regardless, but I'll use this to my advantage at some point. >:)
