Diario de Tagkido, 14 ene. 23

Good evening FS family! I’ve done so well sticking to my diet and exercising these first 2 weeks of the year. I’m down 10.6 pounds and have really stuck to it! Officially I’m on the “Fit Father Project”, but honestly it’s very CLEAN EATING with intentionality toward protein, exercise, steps (and steps and steps), and (for me, not the official recommendation) drinking a Celsius Live Fit in the morning (supposedly it’s a “proven” metabolism booster (mmmmaybe, but it is delicious and 10 cals). I’ve also started eating a whole avocado everyday- I smash it around my salad at lunch each day (instead of dressing). But I must say, I’ve gained and lost weight several times over the years, but this combo is working well together!
