This Atkins diet is not for me. I havent done well because it is too restricted. I just loose 5 pounds then gain it back every other week. You'd think since I'm working out 5 days a week there would be no way I would gain weight especially if I'm staying under 1500 calories a day but this diet was a waste of my time and energy. I'm going back to the ol fruit and veggies and lean meat calorie counting and doing my work out. So long Atkins diet.
