Well I guess that even when we think that we have a handle on things there is always room for improvement. My friend who also happens to be a top grade trainer (you can see for your self on my space under IronMattAllen) just ripped me a new one on how my intake of good calories isn't at the numbers it should be. Hey gotta do it right or the machine breaks down. Thanks Matt for the rebuke I'll get it together. I'm just not hungry lol :)
