Day 3 on the diet and I must admit I miss breads and cheese. lol I've been eating yogurt and fruit for breakfast, a very light lunch and lean meat and veggies or salad for dinner. I've done this the last three years now lose weight then gain it all back. Fun cycle

Bummer, right? I been there! I found that all those cravings seems to go away in 2 weeks. It did for me! :) Don't give in, It gets easier and easier. "Darn simple Carb's, they are so good, yet so fating!" You can do this, right? G.B.~Ann :)
