Not too worried about the gain. Ate too heavy of a dinner, and it's not all processed yet. ;) Had a good workout in this morning, getting stronger everyday.
Will eat lighter tomorrow, focus on balanced meals, low carbs. Next workout is Saturday, excited to try a few different things (dumbbell pullovers, hammer presses)
