WOOHOO!! finally under 250 lbs! :) This is awesome.
112,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 7,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 17,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

You go Girl! I just joined today and you have already inspired me. I have been working out for six months with a trainer and gained 5 lbs. I know its time to get the food under control. Congratulations on your success so far!

thanks ! :) you can do it! i need to work on getting more exercise in and then i will feel even better about things. committing to the food part is the hardest thing. i definatly have had some cheat days. however i feel like this time i go back to eating decent and not just give up after having a bad day. good luck on your journey:)
