Intermittent Fasting 16/8. Skipped breakfast. It snowed a little yesterday evening, was almost all melted by this morning. Cold dreary day, I didn't walk. Did arm exercises with weights.
Lunch: Made chicken soup with chicken thighs, leftover cabbage and beans from yesterday, with cornbread. Snack was Butter coffee and 1 1/2 piece of keto peanut butter fudge. Supper was bacon and scrambled eggs.
