Intermittent Fasting 16/8. Skipped breakfast. It snowed a little yesterday evening, was almost all melted by this morning. Cold dreary day, I didn't walk. Did arm exercises with weights.

Lunch: Made chicken soup with chicken thighs, leftover cabbage and beans from yesterday, with cornbread. Snack was Butter coffee and 1 1/2 piece of keto peanut butter fudge. Supper was bacon and scrambled eggs.

Macros 32/51/17; 1037 calories; -1147 net kcals.

We got it as pouring rain, and a small tornado just south of us in Pasadena. How the snow didn't damage your garden.

Most of my garden is still on the back porch in peat pots. The nitrogen in the snow is good for the soil so wouldn't mind having a little more of it. Hope you didn't have damage from the tornado. It surprised me there was one in this season!

Our snow is melting quickly too. If I have to have snow I want it that way. Snow and no snow. LOL. Still cold and dreary here too. Your food sounds wonderful.
