Non Scale Victory: My doctor was commenting on how low my resting heart rate is for someone who doesn’t run marathons. Apparently most of her patients in my demographic have a much higher RHR. I’ll take it as a sign that whatever I’m doing, I’m doing it more right than wrong…

Yeah, that's gotta be a good sign 😏 my doctor was amazed that I managed to get my cholesterol numbers down with diet alone 🤔 which confused me a little cuz I'm pretty sure that's how I got them up there in the first place, lol 😅 but I guess he's used to medicine being the answer to people's problems.. not that I'm anti-medicine but if there's a natural remedy then it makes more sense to go that route. 😉 Good for you! 👍
