ok so I went to the dr. office Wednesday and was told there is no reasonable explanation for my sudden weight gain of 5 pounds and no weight loss!!!! all tests were normal. He said its going to really come down to exercise. so every night im going to do some weight training and really good stretching exercises until im more flexible to do more at the gym. He gave me a prescription for meridia but it cost a whoping $600,$515 after insurance!!! like really? what the hell are these pharmaceutical companies thinking? I cant take stimulants because even coffee effects me in a really BAD way so im not sure what the route. Maybe this is just the size im supposed to be? at least im healthy according to the doc.... next Saturday with these changes implemented we will see what happens!!!

Hang in there friend!:) I bet with a little more exercise, and eating light-as you are doing, You will soon lose all the weight that you want to lose. I had to cut back (even more) on my calories, before I started to lose again! I am supporting you! :)~Ann
