Looking at your chart, a lack of consistency may be your problem. Sometimes those days of eating poorly can throw off the whole week. Give yourself two weeks of really sticking with it 100%. Be active! Get in plenty of lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies! Drink water/liquids to flush out sodium. Track your measurements! You will not only see weight loss on the scale but how many inches your lose. It's very motivating. I have a problem with lack of consistency a times and it makes me yo-yo on the scale. If you keep at it and stay consistent you will see results. Good luck!
