Diario de mials11, 11 feb. 23

I went a bit nuts today. I had fruit toast for brekkie then had hotcakes with mascapone, berries etc for lunch, shared a vanilla slice for afternoon tea then I had chicken salad for dinner plus champers. Gee it was all nice!
73,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 18,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 1,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Yes as long as you enjoyed it. I had a chocolate muffin last week and it was horrible, and the calories for that muffin was so high 😬
