It's really hard to lose weight with all the stress in my life right now. Combine that with depression and it's a lot to handle. I'm just trying to do my best to lose a little at a time. Even if my weight doesn't change much, I'll be proud of myself for how hard I'm trying.

Using food as a coping mechanism is pretty common it seems 😏 I suspect that's why a lot of us are here.. not that the food ever really fixed anything I was stressed out about, lol. I think if you just pick one bad eating habit and replace it with a good one, pick one bad food choice and replace it with a good one, pick one bad coping skill and replace it with a good one, and keep doing that until you're consistently doing it without having to think about it.. you're making progress. ✌️😊
