3.3 miles this AM; doggies got to go 1.5 because it was ever so slightly "cooler" due to rains last night. Still, hot enough and humid too....heat index is now just over 100 at noon and will go higher. Thank goodness for the pool!
I was extra hungry this AM, so opted for pancakes, rather than eggs, because they fill me up and stay with me longer. And the fiber doesn't hurt either! LOL!
Off to the grocery store, hoping to get back before this afternoon's storms start up.

Oooh my niece went to I-Hop for brunch..we had the two for two for two
we had bacon, eggs and pancakes..Yummy..thats our treat just for us..
I got us a pool that is big enough that when I sit in it the water goes up to my waiste..so we can stay cool when it gets hot.. and it gets hot here..Have a great evening......Bren

Dar & Bren...yes, those pancakes are definitely my treat. I finished my walk without getting wet...well, without getting wet from precipitation, that is. Glad to hear you got yourself a pool, Bren! Sounds perfect!
