How to really lose weight
How did I lose 46 (22 kilos) last year?….
It’s not magic, or a “secret”, or a crazy fad, or super will power, or paying $1000s for a diet program.
I also ***work out, and ***track all my foods, ***monitored my progress with a scale, ***weigh my food, ***kept portions right, as well as ****drink a lot of water or unsweetened beverages.

Also use a Fitness tracker. My Halo stopped working so ended up with a Fitbit charge. So far, so good.

Got rid of junk foods, like candies, cookies, donuts. 🤢 And yes, even juices like commercial apple juice are high calorie.

Low Glycemic Index Diet is the closest to the diet I did at my health club.

I was never hungry, didn’t have cravings, never felt deprived, and now I can’t even stand garbage food like donuts. Broke that lifelong addiction!
Our diets are so sugar and process food laced, and it’s killing us and keeping us fat.

Hello, everyone, I am new here, and I am glad I found the application, would you please , tell me your recommendation about this application, I am trying to lose so far 10 lb, I tried couple systems to losing weight - but when I stopped and, of course , eating a little bit more, my weight is going up.
