Well I’m on my third week on here and found I average 1300 calories a day which is under my 2000/day limit some days are closer to the limit than others I’m eating healthier foods for the most part drinking enough water is my problem I literally have a case of water in my room and I see it every time I move but just don’t get any. I drink coffee I’ve drank some Gatorade today but I know water is more important does anyone have any tips to drink more water

For me to get used to drinking water I had to only drink water for a couple of months. Once I got to the point where I liked water I was able to add black coffee back in and still get enough water.

I bought a I gallong jug and make sure to finish it everyday before i get homw from work this is probably more water than the average person needs but you could do something similar with whatever jug size fits ypir needs and fill it everymoring and make sure it's gone every evening

I’m the worst at drinking water too! Maybe set some water alarms on your phone?

Try mixing your Gatorade w water, over time, lessening the Gatorade, increasing the water ratio.
