Today's fasting blood sugar number is 7.4 mmol/L. lol
Now I know what happens when I eat too much vegetable and not enough meat for dinner. But the steamed brussels sprouts were oh so delish and so was the steamed broccoli. But I need to keep my serving size down. I gotta remember portion control even with my vegetables.
Oh well, it is what it is & I learned something new the hard way ;).
