Me too! I find that when I don't have sweets I don't crave them. But when I am in a situation where they are offered, I partake and like you my food choices seem to change for a few days. I seem to be easily tempted. I think the good thing is that you (and I) recognize it happens. I think we can have our cake and eat it too, but only once in a while. I find I have to get "back on the saddle" immediately or I start incorporating more treats in the ensuing days. Sometimes it is easier said than done, but at least I (and you) recognize it happens. Recognition is the first step!
