I just found this app. Hopefully it helps. I know calorie counting works well when I do it consistently. I have about 35 lbs to lose, maybe more. I'll start there and see how it feels.
My non scale goal right now is to fit into my favourite jacket. I can get it on right now but can't do it up and can't move around in it.
