I’m actually quite happy with the way things are going been working on making healthier choices in food and I’ve been drinking my water I have alarms set every two hours to remind me to drink water I’m eating less bread when I have like hot dogs or burgers so I have less carbs and more proteins I also plan on starting drinking homemade fresh smoothies with proteins added and fiber like chia seeds
