Today's fasting blood sugar is 6.4 mmol/L.

I managed to get 1/2 the hallway closet unpacked yesterday but I still have the top shelf to do today. Then it's going to be purge time I think. The reason why the closet is being cleared out is that management in my apt building is changing the electrical fuse panel in my apt from it's original and upgrading it to a breaker panel next week. I just have to be careful in how I go about things with my bad joints, etc. Slow and steady is what we say, right? Not just in weight loss either...lol. Sometimes I know my limitations and sometimes I forego them to my own detriment. Being smart this time :-)

It's snowing here in Toronto so perfect day to do it.
