I did it👏
I just finished working out faithfully for a whole month.... I can never stick to working out past 3 weeks so I am feeling pretty darn good of myself 😍

Trying & although it's hard I am still motivated which is not like me so I am pretty proud🤗

Not exactly sure why it became a solid routine. I was not always motivated, but as time went on, I got results. I really looked forward to it. I also find it just kicks off my day, I feel accomplished just by getting it done.

I wasn’t always motivated. But then my weight added to a debilitating back injury. Now if I’m not in the gym 4-5 days a week my spine quickly reminds me of my past. Count yourself lucky that you are able to make that choice and stick with it! Your body will thank you as you age.
