I’m writing this to keep my story and goals in front of me and keep that motivation up.
I used to be in great shape. I was a power lifter and I had an injury in the gym with my shoulder. It took a long time to heal and before I knew it I had gotten lazy.
Then I divorced my husband. Moved to a different state. Amazingly I got married again.
Then Covid happened and I gained 20lbs
Being newlyweds we’re also gained weight together.
So here I am in 2023. I had to go to the ER for a small 2nd degree burn on the top of my foot. I was draining boiling water for made from scratch tonkotsu ramen. I made a stupid decision and water splashed onto my foot.
Well there ER always catches things you don’t expect. They found higher blood pressure. So I decided to change my diet and exercise cold Turkey. I know how to eat and I know how to work out. This time I was exercising in VR. I do it 2x a day and lost 13 pounds Port quickly.
Note I’m motivated and want to keep it out and reach my original goal of 135.
