I’m stuck with my 93.2 kg and got flu along with my period. Just had random junk food and feel so guilty and weak. I needed to share with someone. Hopefully to get better soon and to return on track with better progress

Those thing happen, dont worry yourself! A fluxuation of weight is normal as well around that time of the month. As long as your intentions are still there and you dont loose sight of your goal, you will achieve it! You are awesome! ❤️

Don't be too hard on yourself. It's ok to treat yourself hun!! Tomorrow is always a new day! (Side note: when I had my period last month NOTHING curbed the sugar cravings except chocolate and guess what?? I ate it! 🤣) Let yourself have a day! Chin up and keep on keeping on xo

Oh… period it’s mostly water, do not worry about your weight… it will go away right after. Do not get upset. Treat yourself ❤️

I'm always ravenous during, and leading up to, my period. I just stay away from the scale all week n try not to stress over the bingo moments. 😏 Hormones r rough.

You’re not stuck girl, you are holding your own, which is a lot better than some of us might do under better circumstances! Don’t fight the process, learn from it and give yourself some love. The only real best friend we have is ourselves, and sometimes we forget to be there for ourselves when we are most needed. Now would be a good time for that :) Give yourself a great big hug just for being YOU - no judgement… Now c’mon back in the game with what you figured out…
